Standard Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only — no cash or card refunds will be provided
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Refunds
For patient safety and regulatory compliance, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
Prescription medications
Compounded medications
Refrigerated items
Gift cards
Promotional items
Any merchandise marked as final sale
Online Orders — Return Shipping
For purchases made online, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case Designer Drugs Labs will cover return shipping.
